Telbet provides over the phone support to customers who prefer to speak to a person rather than access Betfair online. Calls most frequently come in from high volume customers while they are onsite at sporting events and the team build up good relationships with many of Betfair’s most valuable customers. At busy times, the Telbet take up to 15000 calls a day.
