Our strategy for growth is based on cross-selling customers from our Sports products into Gaming, and this requires a wide range or skill sets, including customer marketing expertise, insight and analytics, commercial management and dedication to operational excellence; providing our customers with a seamless experience from the very first moment they join us.

As a team, we’re responsible for the financial performance of six products, across Casino, Arcade, Poker, Bingo, Exchange Games and Tradefair (our financial spread betting platform).

To deliver against this, we work closely with stakeholders right across the Betfair business.
