Gaming Planning Manager

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for the implementation of key Gaming projects based on commercial needs and ensuring the appropriate planning strategy is applied (e.g. Adobe migration, POC tax, SCP customer comms plans).
• Work cross-functionally to ensure on-going communication and interaction with key functional departments – owning one voice and one set of priorities for Gaming (E.g. design, CRM etc.).
• Responsible for strengthening the Gaming planning processes, identifying weaknesses in current processes, and coming up with solutions and recommendations (insight/data driven) e.g. CRM segmentation, combined Gaming campaigns and initiatives).
• Managing all communications with internal and external teams.
• Coordinating marketing plans to have one joined up Gaming plan.

Education, Qualifications & Experience
• Understanding of the interaction between operational and commercial KPIs in an online business. How customers behave and how this impacts activity and profitability.
• Experience working with digital and ATL marketing teams.
• Experience on gambling industry including customer behaviour and the complexities of different products.
• Experience in data driven decisions making and proven numerical aptitude.
• Experience prioritising and focus on what really matters in an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business.
• Ability to build successful relationships and positively influence people – including direct reports, peers and stakeholders.
• Experience in quickly evolving environment, working with multiple stakeholders to rapidly collate an appropriate response.
